Knishes

Flavors include potato (made with potato, onion, salt, and papper; they'd make bubby proud), rice (they're not too sweet), spinach (even the kids like 'em), kasha, and many more flavors available in the bakery!

Knishes freeze very well. To serve them hot, microwave frozen knishes for about 40 seconds, or heat in an oven at 400 degrees, 5-9 minutes if frozen, 2-3 minutes if defrosted.
